Hi Clappy, On your diet question:

I think the healthiest is the 40-30-30...40% Carbohydrate, 30% protein and 30% fat. Balanced diet. Believe it or not Wendy's chili is balanced also their chicken sandwich and a shrimp cocktail. You can buy the book at Walmart, I think.

I do not think Adkins is healthy.
