Thanks Everyone... I know many are in pain right now. I will do my best to make my phoenix return from the ashes. I'm leaving $4,289 in my Preferred Trade account. We shall see. Regardless, I have other money left for a down payment, and that's really the only other thing I need. Now it's time to put together a business. If the business doesn't come in quick enough, I'll just have to get work from a tech contract firm or something. I feel really good right now... love new challenges, and here I am w/ at least 2 more big ones. TTYL, - Zen :-)
