>>VME comprises approximately 50% of their revenue. VME market looks to double by the year 1999. Due to RSYS particular business model of becoming "part" of the OEM's design organization, they've been able to keep prior INTC clients and add others. The big squat by short traders in the past was that RSYS would lose INTC clients when they took over the VME business.

1.unless the multibus bus. declined or converted dramatically, the latest total 2Q97 rev of $28M leave little room for other products other than VME. Although VME will grow, especially for Intel based microproceesor, compact PCI will be a strong trend which I hope RSYS can gain a big market share. I appreciate if you could post a break-down of RSYS rev.

2.Whose VME bus. you referring? I hope RSYS can keep INTC customers.

Thanks.
