OJ - yeah, I amazed myself at my fearlessness on Friday. If I had been watching the daily candle dropping down down, growing ever larger, I'm sure I would have skipped out trying to pick a bottom. On the other hand, I felt perfectly fine giving up a little profit after the stunning decline and rather sharp increase in my trading capital as a result :) Your comment about the 4/4 rally -- this is perhaps the one thing that has me fairly convinced, although I will still trust the charts as they unfold, that this decline is far from over. That hammer should have held. That it didn't normally means mega-bad juju for the tech market...
