At the end of 1999 the portion of share owners outside Sweden was about 55% (33% in USA, 6% in Great Britain, 4% in Germany, and 12% i other countries). The percentage of votes for the owners outside Sweden is only 2% though. <<btw i have heard (not read) that nok is PRIMARILY a cell phone manufacturer and SECONDARILY infrastructure. with ericy i hear it is the opposite.>> I guess what you heard is rather correct, although Ericsson"s phone manufacturing part is probably relatively a little more important to Ericsson, than Nokia"s non-mobile phone manufacturing is for Nokia.
