Barb Bear, I think anyone, long, short or anywhere inbetween should be allowed to post their opinion. This is AMERICA! Maybe its me, but I just don't understand, so maybe you can shed some light on this for me. I buy a stock for whatever reason. I go to the SI thread of that stock and there are many posters debating whether the stock is a good investment or not. Some are long and some are short. Then, one day, a screen name appears (pukia) and in bold print posts that the stock you are talking about is a fraud and his research co. recommends to sell the stock because his research shows that it will go to $1 in the near future. The thread is suddenly flooded with posts from screen names you have never seen before on this thread jawing about how big a fraud this company is and how stupid you shareholders have been and you better sell before you lose you whole investment because this stock is going to $1. And they want to be thanked because they have come to your rescue! PUULEASE!!
