joan, good move. I recall one money market fund broke the buck due to derivatives problems but the fund' s parent made investors whole . it can happen. Northern Trust web site is down but in the april 10 daily commentary they express concern about money market funds. their Chief economists is a recent convert to die Austrian school of econimcs. mike
