What this implies for INTC, I'm not sure, but that "flood of processors" certainly didn't came my way, and now it seems it doesn't went to the big boys either, so maybe it went where all floods go, to the bottom of the see.

Bert,

Its great to have the owner of a screwdriver shop on the thread.....so much of what we hear going on in the retail/wholesale channels is second or third hand. A question I have concerns the owners of small shops......are they more enamored now with AMD than in the past; what I am asking is do you think AMD is developing some brand loyalty so that when Intel's output returns to normal, the shopowners will not simply turnaround and start buying only Intel?

Thanks.
