As you all know Bre-X has just crashed and burned so this will not help our cause in regards to financing. I did talk to Cecil by email
and for us to scale down this operation we would have renogtiate the
deal with the SML partners since we are supposed to start at higher levels of production. When Del said that we could start mining with as
little as 2 million I don't know what that would entail but he said that it would include the DMS plant and equipment and I don't know if
that would be new equipment. The Angolans want to see new equipment and if its not then they would have to agree to it. Cecil also said it
was tough trying to raise the cash. I think if Del would help us and the party that was involved in the Select capital pp which had promised 1 to 1.5 million we could get this operation going scaled down. If they do a pp and open it up to all shareholders I think we could also raise 500,000 to 1 million. I think this can be done if the SML partners will give at all.
