Larry, I'm going on a rapidly deteriorating memory here, but I think the C6x is going for $60 or $70 in bulk quantities.

We had speculated about it costing too much for use in x2 when TI introduced it, but some of the more knowledge "engineering weenies"<G> seemed to think it would be reasonably priced for ADSL usage.

I"m outta town for a couple days so won't have time to follow up, so you may want to confirm this. TI has a very informative page inre the C6.
