PlayStar Announces Private Placement

ST JOHN'S ANTIGUA WI, Apr 14, 2000 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- PlayStar
Wyoming Holding Corp, (PSCKF) NASDQ OTC BB

PlayStar is pleased to announce it has completed a private placement with
investors for U.S. $300,000.

In a previous release we announced that Richard Levenstein had joined the
company as its Internet casino consultant. Mr. Levenstein commented today, "I am
pleased that the company has moved swiftly to supply the funding necessary for
us to embark on the first phase of our redevelopment strategy. Whilst we are
currently upgrading our hardware, we also intend to enhance our Casino graphics
and expand our portfolio of games that will include the development and launch
of PlayStar's "reach for the stars" progressive jackpot slot machine.
