Does anyone have anecdotal evidence of their personal brokers working feverishly to get out margin calls? We heard a lot of that last week but I have not heard it lately.

This is very odd, futures are the strongest they've been since the open last evening. Europe only down 3% after dire predictions of a black Monday and well off their lows for now.

Are we being lulled here? Still way too early to draw any conclusions. Things could change dramatically at any time.
