As I have posted many times, one can take profits on spikes and near tops in trading ranges WITHOUT abandoning core positions, by simply trading a portion of one's holdings while retaining base value investments. BUYING, on down spikes and at the lower range WHEN others or selling is also an excellent means of averaging. WHEN the BOILER ROOM increases its number of DIRE postings with calls of drastically lower prices than those currently prevailing provides an excellent signal for further accumulations. >g< SargeK
