Conolog Anticipates 240% Increase in Annual Revenues for Fiscal 2000

SOMERVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2000--Conolog
Corporation (NASDAQ:CNLG)(NASDAQ:CNLGW), an engineering and design
company that provides digital signal processing solutions (DSP),
announced today that expects to end fiscal 2000 with revenues of $6.0
million, an increase of 240% over 1999 year-end revenues.
The Company anticipates revenues for the third quarter, ending
April 30, of $1.6 million, a 176% increase over revenues for the same
period in 1999. The Company also expects a 154% increase in third
quarter earnings over the same period last year, and a projected
quarterly earnings per share (EPS) of $.02.
Nine-month revenues are expected to reach $4 million, an increase
of 218% over 1999 nine-month revenues. The projected nine-month EPS is
$.02, an increase of 500%.
Robert Benou, Conolog's president, commented, "While quarterly and
annual data include non-recurring items, the past year has been one of
great significance and profitable activity for our company. Throughout
the remainder of fiscal 2000 we will continue with the development
strategy that has served us so well."
