Doug- That's too bad about Handy & Harman. In the 70's I remember they were a quality blue chip. Haven't followed them since then. My old favorite Sunshine Mining SSC (not quite a blue chip) has come on hard times too. You could buy Gold and Silver from them with an 800 number back then. They also had a buy back program. Could be that technology is driving all the old line companies out of existence like the bricks and mortar consumer companies are said to be. Maybe we're destined to live out our lives on server farms like "Donovan's Brain". amazon.com Harvey
