SKG Interactive Inc. Expands Strategic Partnership With MobileQ.com

RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2000--SKG
Interactive Inc. ("SKG Interactive") (TSE:SKG.) today announced that
they have expanded their ongoing working relationship with
MobileQ(tm).com, Inc. ("MobileQ").
MobileQ, headquartered in New York, NY, solves the challenge of
delivering information to any web appliance through its universal
mobility platform, XMLEdge. Under the terms of their strategic
partnership agreement, SKG Interactive will become a MobileQ Commerce
Channel Partner. Highlighting this strategic partnership, SKG
Interactive will develop and market a business-to-business, integrated
Global Wireless E-Commerce Solution, providing a complete, end-to-end
solution in a box, powered by MobileQ's XMLEdge universal mobility
platform. Now, SKG Interactive will be able to provide this commerce
experience on wireless devices such as PalmPilot(r), Smart Phones and
RIM(r) wireless communication products.

As a result of the company's change in business from a junior

SKG Interactive that SKG has until July 28, 2000, to meet the original
listing requirements of the Exchange. If the company fails to do so,
the Exchange intends to commence proceedings, which may result in the
suspension from trading or de-listing of its common shares.
SKG is in final negotiations with two separate groups in respect
to the groups making an equity investment in SKG Interactive,
totalling $15 to $20 Million. The completion of these transactions
will allow SKG Interactive to continue its business focus as an
e-commerce and wireless solution provider in North America and enable
SKG to accelerate our growth strategy. The Board of Directors of SKG
Interactive anticipates meeting the TSE requirements prior to the
specified date.
