telecomguy, I am not sure what the revenues are. Since the internet equipment group alone comprises 60% of LU revenues, I would say that it is not HUGE. Also, just because they are to run on their own does not mean that they will not be working with LU closely on product integration and end to end solutions with large customers. Look back at what LU had to take from AT&T as part of the spin-off. There was a significant amount of dead wood that has remained with the company, in part due to union issues. Separating this component from the growth areas of LU's business is a great idea to me. tp
