Hi Smokie! Welcome to our porch....how did you luck out and end up on the porch in the early stages of your investment life. You must have a couple of angels directing you around. BTW ya fixing to get addicted and ya gonna love the folks here on the porch.......ain't nothing else like it. Yea! That Steve guy.....I guess he lost a lot and is kinda sore at someone. Hopefully before long he can get over it and move on. We just has to turn the other cheek and move on taking care of the ones we really look out for, our regular porchers. Hey guess what! Regular porcher...that is what you are now Ya only a guest the first time. We are so very pleased to have you join us. I think you are going to be a pro at this porching.
