You still believe in your one year price target?

tom, given the current market condition my 1-yr price target of $50 may be hard reach. Even if it gets to just $20, that's still an excellent return. But let me say this, in the Fall of 98 when PHTN hit the bottom at $2 3/4, I would never in a million years imagine that it could hit $90 eighteen months later. So everything is possible as long as the company is on track with its growing business plan.

I would rather focus on the fundamentals MWAV presents:

1. Revenue is growing at 100% this year, with most of the sales serving the wireless/cellular communication industry.

2. Book value is $4.6

3. Company is on track to be profitable every quarter this year.

4. Market cap is only 15% of what it was a few years ago when the company's revenue was similar to the projected revenue this year.

5. Kemper Financial which took the company public was bought out and MWAV lost its analyst coverage. However, the company is being assisted by FRB to get analyst coverage again.

6. The company's upper management is now taking a proactive approach to promote WS awareness of the company and stock.

With these in mind, I advocate that MWAV makes for a great investment for the long term.

Regards,

Tom
