Well since there isn't much substance being posted in this thread here is my 2 cents worth. I don't see APC being bought out by anyone, at least not in the near future. If Dowdell was in it purely for the money then he would have been selling big chunks years ago when the stock was in the 30's like Machala did. Dowdell is in for the long term power and dollars. Besides they are all ready kings in their market, the biggest challeng this company will face will be branching out into other markets with new and different products. I don't think that APC will ever make it to 2billion a year on simply making and selling UPS equipment. Like I said my 2cents worth.

I will tell you this though, no one could hope for them to be purchased more than us exAPC people, since that would instanly make our options available rather than waiting for 5 years.
