Good for you. Cash is always nice to have in volatile markets, allows one to ride out the storm, and if the market goes down x% it is the equivalent of the cash going up x% I closed my puts before this morning's rally for nice profits, thought I got screwed on the spreads. I am not liking the looks of this weak rally, so I re-hedged my qcom and emc long position with puts at lower levels. No sense in throwing caution to the wind with this bear still loose on the street, a short week, and options expiration. Also raised more dinero.
