Samsung is ramping to 10 MM chips per month, not much difference in cost efficiencies at that level. I do not think that currently, the price of RDRAM reflects excessive cost, more shortages. If there are shortages, it means that some people are "stupid" and indeed buying at inflated prices. Zeev
