There is a set of books in most libraries which provide this handy info...It also provides company affiliations... indicating which companies own which other companies.... but I have not been able to find anything like this on the web. Anyone know what company owns Kinney shoes? I have tried to phone them.. but the line is busy - maybe easiest thing to do. But... I was wondering if such info is available from a database on the net somewhere? These sneakers called "Air Walks" are EXTREMELY popular with the teens in our area so I wanted to find out who makes them... I noticed they sold them in Kinney shoe stores... but I am not sure if this is exclusive to them? Anyhow - this is why I want to know. I know that with these books in the library you can look up a product name and it will tell you who the manufacturer is. Best I could come up with on the web thus far was a look through all companies in the specific industry groups... search for the product name on the web etc... Thanks.. Maureen :-)
