Mike, is that a phrase you coined? I do not recall reading anything about Nortel's presence in underwater fiber optics transmission. I am not surprised the contract did nothing to ALA's share price. I think it has to show up in the bottom line. Yesterday, I went back and read a Nortel Press release from November of 1998 which stated they had achieved the #1 position in both SONET and DWDM. The market just yawned until the sales started showing up on the bottom line about one year later.
