LOL. It never ceases to amaze me how you continue to lead with your glass chin by trying to use "the action on the various ERICY threads and their stock price" to judge the the progress of two complex TDMA lawsuits involving Harris and IDC. The truly amazing thing is that you have been spoonfeed enough materials to a) first figure out what the Markman proceeding is all about; and b) to secure the legal briefs and judge for yourself the progress of the trials.

But why am I not surprised. Ever since we took turns lambasting your many dubious inferences drawn from your poor command of the facts, you have been punchdrunk and emotional regarding IDC and have repeatedly earned your reputation as somebody who just buys whatever is going up and sells whatever is going down. ROFLMAO. Probably on heavy margin too judging by your indiscriminate use of options.

Stop cluttering the IDC boards, Mollie-boy. Your choice of June puts presumably on the basis of the end of the Markman proceeding or some alignment of some planets in some solar system doesn't reflect too well on you....AGAIN.

The Markman proceeding only involves claim construction -- chances of a Perry Mason type of knockout punch are slim -- and the jury trial is not expected until later this year. Is it really difficult for you to figure out that Harris vs Ericsson is a leading indicator of Ericsson's willingness to settle this case since Harris and IDC are both represented by Fulbright & Jaworski?

The 3g family of standards will be ratified by early May and many expect that more details about IDC's IPRs in the 5 standards will be more visible especially with the new CEO and the new PR outfit on board.

What does that make your June puts? A naked gamble, that's what. And what does that make you? A stupid gambler, that's who.
