Hey Typhoon,

I've been lurking in the shadows. Do you want to know the real reason behind NPEC's recent multi penny rise? I asked my broker to pick up a chunk at no more than .21 on the buy. Since that day the lowest NPEC has seen is 22 cents. I'm propping this market up as I type.

As for our generally magnanimous friends who clash swords in the happy absence of "The Howling" I trust they are safety minded enough to wear fencing masks. I suspect I align comfortably with most all of Truman's political views. On the other hand I believe the Vancouver Exchange to be a screaming bargain right now for those who have studied their picks over time. Buy when the blood is running in the streets. I'm buying this week. The range of poster backgrounds that transcend international borders coupled with the clear welcome mat this thread extends has helped make the owning of NPEC an extraordinary adventure which quite frankly has often been lifted above the mere set desire to make money on a stock. One day when the fortunes of this investment come to fruition, may we all toast to friendship, also a valuable commodity.
