Check decisionpoint.com. Quote.com provides the P/C but you have to subscribe. Today the P/C was disappointing to the bulls, but you can't trust it in this era. It has some correlation with excesses but so does many other indicators. It isn't hard to see that people are rapidly getting bearish. That's all the best put or put/call premium ratio or all of those indicators can tell you. They never tell you when an extreme will reverse because they are creatures of what you want them to anticipate: price.
