Atin Malaviya: I have received no reason. I was told by the technical department that Ray Bamer had put a hold on my account. I asked to speak to him, the tech rep said he would have to call me back. I said please make that ASAP...that was at 8:35am ET. I also sent an email asking for an explanation yesterday. Of course, we all know not to expect a timely email response and I have never (I repeat never) had anyone return my calls. So, I am not holding my breath...<g> I am not even allowed access to cancel my account! I am sure the desired effect was to silence those being critical on this thread. Now you know what kind of company you are dealing with...some may like it other may not. Just remember you could be next...<g> As for me, I will be up and running with an alternate service before the market closes today. And, I have a second in the works that will be up and running before today's end. Once I have used a service for a while, if I find one that is worthy I shall report back to this thread. Regards, LG
