I just got off the phone with a very nice fellow who works for the ministry of highways for Manitoba.He confirmed that they were looking at the idea.They are doing a feasibility now and are looking at what kind of impact such a road would have on the enviroment.He said they were not completely sure on what route the road would take.I then asked him if the final destination of such a road would would be the Rankin Inlet and he said most likely yes.
He is sending me some more information on the subject.When I get it I will scan it and then post it.
