Same thing here Jon. Same experience this morning. Placed order for AMAT at the ask at 9:51:30 am, order processing at 9:51:34 am, filled 30 shares at 9:58:59 then 70 shares at 9:59:25. I tried to cancel too, but gave me same message "problem cancelling." It did give me a price improvement on the trade, but I could've pick it up at lower price during that time. Funny, and I did everything through the fast server "7" I think the trade was free though. Got through Customer Svc, response was will look in to it and e-mail reply. Hour later, still waiting. Datek is usually good, but this time ........... Peter
