Cell, you nailed this one right and I do not see much overhead problems for another 20points or so (just under $180. By then we may have to test some resistance in the NAZ at around early April's lows (3650 or so). If we take this out, then we finally can get with the "earnings/liquidity" rally I have been waiting for during these last two nerve wrecking weeks. Zeev
