at bottom? probably saw bottom, but not done kicking sand on it

Galvin on CNBC (not much new):
- TBond outperformed S&P so far this year, will NOT rest of year
- psychology hurt recently, will take time to repair it
- average tech stock down 50% this year from highs
- compelling buying opportunity, best since Sept98
- 2000 pt NAZ upside potential versus 200 pt downside risk
- Fed closer to end of hikes, 1/2 more
- techs took us down, and techs will take us back up
- invest in firms with visible earnings, not internets
- weights: stock/bond/cash... from 80/15/5 to 90/0/10
(adding to stocks at expense mostly of bonds)

Hirschhorn on CNBC (he correctly called the decline):
- not unusual to see a retracement like today
- will take time to settle down on volatility
- lots of ups & downs upcoming in next few days & weeks
- two months of uncertainty on interest rate policy
- good to see tech multiples come down

me:
Galvin has stones
Hirschhorn has TA skill (now on my Genius B List)

I felt I had to react to a substantial margin call this morn
turned out the 11 pt rise in QCOM would have erased the call
but I now much more cushion
in July might exercise on some QCalls
this NAZ has some processing to build a bottom here

got a warning by SIAdminJeff this morn
I told him I am incorrigeable
I would have suspended me for another week
