I have some info on Texas: census.gov 2nd in population (99), 5th in under 18 pop. (98), 36th in infant mortality (96), 1st in school enrollment (96), 34th in teacher's salaries (98), 38th in full time college enrollment (96), 17th in violent crime (97), 25th in per capita income (98), 10th in percentage of pop. below the poverty line (98).... I may look around more, but I have more than enough reason to be skeptical of the e-mail.......
