We understand that the most important concern for many customers is
timely executions. Datek is constantly working to maintain its position as the fastest online brokerage. When you experience a delay, we take your complaints very seriously. More than anything else, Datek is in the customer service business and our first job is to keep our customers satisfied.

Last night, further systems upgrades were made. You should find our system faster and more responsive in processing your order. Unfortunately, in the course of improving our service, around 150 orders, out of the many thousands we received this morning, were delayed more than one minute. The problem has since been found and corrected.

Datek is committed to providing the best service possible.

We do not expect any further problems such as those experienced this morning.
