WR Hambrecht reiterates BUY and $50 target...

See: wrhambrecht.com

"-We believe the endorsement by Cisco significantly enhances the credibility of Netergy's
hosted IP telephony technology and strengthens Netergy's competitive positioning. Netergy
Networks announced it has joined Cisco Systems' New World Ecosystem program. The New World
Ecosystem is an open and flexible standards-based program that allows technology partners
committed to working with Cisco to create integrated IP-based solutions for service providers. By
working with Cisco's New World Ecosystem, Netergy's customers are assured that Netergy will
provide fully tested carrier-grade solutions that can be deployed predictably.
-We reiterate our STRONG BUY recommendation. This partnership with Cisco, along with the
partnership with Exodus, leads us to believe that Netergy is executing its hosted IP telephony
business well. We are increasingly confident about the revenue ramp that is projected to occur
toward the end of this year and early next year for the hosted IP telephony solutions. We attribute
recent share price weakness to the overall market and believe the Company's fundamentals remain
very strong. At current levels, we believe the shares are significantly undervalued, given the potential
large upside from both the hosted IP telephony solutions business, and the VoIP chip and software
business. We recommend aggressive purchase at current levels, and we remain comfortable with our
12-month price target of $50."
