Mq, the situation on the reservations is a bit more complicated. Although I am not sure what all the new telecommunications gear will provide Indians, anything that can help improve the conditions out there has some merit. If connecting to the outside world can provide some kind of opportunity to escape or perhaps increase the net incomes out there (besides the casino stuff), it is good no matter how it is accomplished. However, I wouldn't trust Kennard. He is such a numbskull. <H>
