On the Navaho reservation, which is by far the biggest Indian Reservation in the US, I don't believe they allow any casino type gaming. And a lot of the inhabitants don't even have electricity, much less access to a phone line, so wireless would be the only sensible way to go. Of course I don't know if there is any cellular service there either. I guess the Government will have to buy them all Globalstar phones.
