I just talked to Ray Fritz, CFO of TERN, and was told that the company would be issuing a statement tomorrow regarding the CableLabs situation. Also, Mr. Rakib will be interviewed on one of the cable TV stations - Mr. Fritz thought it was CNN, but he wasn't sure. They are aware of what has transpired on the internet BBs and are checking out information about certain posters, plus looking into the authenticity of certain posts.
