(Click on down the page below the bottom of this posting and you'll see "Naxos Resources Ltd. - News" and 2 links....) Anyway, turns out it's the British Columbia Securities Commission that they're late filing with, not the SEC. It's the SEC filings, not in arrears, that matter, not the BCSC as Naxos does not trade in BC anymore. A small fine would apply only. 'Guess we'll just have to watch and see if the financials are ready for the AGM on Friday. (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- No Position)..""
