Well, it won't be a true wiggle without the spike, but one of the many variations.

Another pattern that might work is a "V" shape with a good sold sell-off in the morning and some time about noon or mid afternoon a solid rise.

The spike of the "M" and the upper layers of the 'v' of the "M" will be a hard set back areas.
