At some point in time, decisions will have to be made regarding the bleeding. Without accurate information as to how certain projects are going, it is difficult to second guess.

Hopefully they sold off the IMG when it was up in the $30 range. If they did not, maybe things are better than we are led to believe.

How long do they put up with the exceedingly poor performance of the UK operation? They (UK)are always doing better, doing better, etc. But that doesn't cut the mustard. If that operation is a large cash drain, maybe it is time to sell it off. I worked alongside of a certain British Corporation, and they would not put up with this type of performance, period. ULBI is much too easy on this Division.

The company has to be made more cost effective. I would lean heavily on that operation and make severe demands, or get rid of it.

This is just for openers.
