Elizabeth....I really don't know if i'd be trusting ole Fritzy. According to below (dated 3/16/2000) Fritzy only has approx 133,000 shares if you take away the 52,012 he entered to sell on 2/22/00. How long has he been with the company? I see that he has sold approx 99,000 shares this year alone. I'm not a pro at reading these but it also appears that only 6,000 of them were fully vested. Me don't trust Fritzy.
