What is the sense of a put that is payable in stock? The person exercising turns over stock in exchange for stock? That simply doesn't make sense to me.

If a person had 100 shares at 75 and a put at 100 head turn in his 100 shares and get back 133. This wouldn't affect cash but would be, of course, dilutive.
