did anyone have any problems today at the open , entering
orders, having them not show up on the screen for many minutes?
I swear I saw a lot of people in "chat" , saying they had these problems. I certainly did! I asked (along with others) in channnel 3, why data was seizing up,
orders not entering, cancels not going thru....that Rep sent us to channel 9....repeated the process in channel9, and that rep sent us back to channel 3, LOL! The distinct impression I recieved, was evasion,of a problem they know originates with them many times.
Is there something I am missing here? They tried to first say it was The NASD....but what has the NAS feeds have to do with an order simply showing up where it is supposed to apppear in the TRAC order~box? Not much , i feel. IMO.
Would I invest in this company, when you can't get a "strait
answer about something as important as order execution?
answer: No , not at these levels....not now.
** Not short or long this stock, but would only love to know that it will
not fail at these critical times of early trading opening gaps. It is a serious impedement. Any Rep of Trac/MyTrade reading this, would you please , kindly respond, and address?
To be fair, at other times of day, MyTrade can execute smoothly....morning gaps are a constant source of problems.
