Does this mean that everyone is finally done questioning the acquisition strategy of one Russell C. Horowitz ? Pure Genius...... Seems to me that he quit spending when the market started to bloat late fall (with the exception of NDB which is still up a buck from purchase price) and now he is perfectly positioned to "Acquire, acquire, acquire", at bargain prices in the aftermath.
