Raymond my man, the other thing that you should pay very close attention to is the fact that MAN only has about C$10 million left. Now this may seem like a lot but they are playing in the big leagues without the resources to do so. The business plan is very suspect in my view as they don't have the resources to complete any of the projects.

The mine development business is a very unforgiving game and many companies have developed a deposit and were not able to realize its value. If you run out of money before completion you are screwed. Check out the mess Lyon Lake is in after getting a great deal on a property in Costa Rica from Placer Dome. No money and the project is not finished and the raping is close at hand.

At MAN's current level of money, it does not have the cash or the balance sheet or the assets to finance the "Gold Cap" or the Tambo Grande or complete a feasibility study on either project. Now, from what I've seen, this means another equity financing is a certainty as MAN has no cash flow to pledge. If this project has any value, the knifes are certainly going to come out and if it doesn't it's still a short. Now this has the potential to be true dilution.

Maybe you've seen the bankable feasibility study on either of the projects and I'm stupid. Oh well, I knew progress for women was going to be difficult.
