Advalorem, I have been following SNPS based on reports from First Boston (excellent analyst Desai, who has a target of 75), Merrill Lynch, who placed a neutral rating, but with great numbers for next yr eps, and Goldman Sachs, whose analyst Laura Conigliaro also thinks SNPS should be 75. After I bought it, it went to 52, but I have not sold it. Looking at all numbers (revenues and eps) from S&P report, it looks to me that this is a great, very profitable company, with high margin and ROE, hot industry (semi software) high growth of revenues and that at some pint it will again command a PE of 50, as it has done in the past, which for eps of 3.17 mean 150. Good luck, Alfredo |
