THIS IS AN OPEN LETTER TO GARY DOBRY ALIAS 'SPIDER'
Last week you saw it in your right to make a number of postings on raging bull TVCP chatline, publicly telling your version of events in regards the law suit I brought against yourself and several other posters for libeling and slandering me in the fall of 1998.
You elected for your own concocted reasons to jump on the bandwagon of TVCP and/or Michael Zwebner BASHERS, namely to add more pain and humiliation to the one person that had in fact almost come to an agreement with you that would have ?let you off the hook? in regards your past false accusations and illegal actions on the internet.
What made you turn against me again, I do not know, but the public, especially Talk Visual shareholders now have a right to know, and here are the true facts. (or at least my version of them), and now the public can have the opportunity to judge for themselves, both your actions and my reactions.
FOR THE RECORD, It is correct to state that prior to about September 1998, I never knew you, never met you, and never had any dealings with you. You and 2 others decided to go onto the internet, and create a new chat line thread called ?NO BASH FOR LEGACY?. As to who was the instigator etc, is irrelevant at this time, however, by your own admittance, you conspired with others to go on a campaign to discredit me, falsely accuse me of crimes, slander me, libel me and disseminate this information for all to read and see worldwide.
In December 1998, I had seen and read enough, and I instigated a law suit against you and the other defendants. This case has drawn on since that time, and I recently settled with one of the defendants, and I attempted to settle the case with you too. I tried to be magnimonious, I tried to be kind, I tried to be understanding, and I tried to be fair.. but no, you decided to lose all semblance of sanity, give up my offers, and worse still, go on line, cause me more pain and try to score points with the shareholders of TVCP, with whom you had no previous contact or business. Then you tried to show off how strong you are, how brave you are, and how you can join another band of bashers and score points with them and all for reasons only you know, as normal sanity and logic is nowhere to be found..
Your own attorney must be going nuts with a client like you.
Well Gary, here are the facts. Last summer, you posted on the DCTC thread. These posts were made by YOU, YOURSELF.

I will tell you this, I was led to believe by promoters of DCTC that Zwebner was sitting on a huge short backed by invalid stock. I later found this promoter to be unscrupulous. I performed diligence on Zwebner and I can find NO EVIDENCE at all to support ANY of these claims about him. When I saw Zwebner posting on the ASTG thread on SI , I too was very suspicious, I had lost alot of money because of a Lanza employee, and my close friends lost money in ASTG & MAKO, 2 Lanza ventures. Lanza went to prison for tax evasion. This is all blinding, and demonstrates the nature of a short, guilt by association. Zwebner is out doing business, legitimate business. Meanwhile, DCTC is halted. I called Joe Murphy, he told me he had no idea who these promoters were. Fine, I accept that as well. I can tell you this. I have apologized to Zwebner both privately & publically. I wish him well. I also encourage all DCTC shareholders to discover who the promoters are here, what the mythical short squeeze was based on ( they fooled me ! ), and re-examine the past chain of events. I have...I have never held a position in DCTC, but my opinion is, investors have been had by the promoters again. Zwebner is a non-factor here, he was used to creayte the myth of a short squeeze and compared to Andy Mann @ AZNT who WAS short invalid stock he stold from the company.

I will only say there are some good peolpe long in DCTC, they were hurt by Richard West & Gaines Berland in my opinion, I , too believed in CCEE for a long time. These people are not promoters and , like most of us investing in BB's are VICTIMS of the promoters and professional shortsellers. There is no one here to blame but the promoters imo. AS for DCTC itself, I don't know enough to comment. As for ZWebner, he was used to pump DCTC in my opinion.

to clarify, I mean that the promoters were subversively promoting a mythical short squeeze. THey claimed, like Andy Mann, Zwebner shorted invalid stock. It was, imo, in retrospect, designed to pump the stock up for promoters. Zwebner was used. Again, I apologize for any grief I caused this man. Watching my good friends at AZNT suffer the same assault from PROFESSIONAL shorts & ex promoters...they will use whatever or whoever they can.

I, GARY DOBRY USING THE ALIAS ?SPIDER VALDEZ? POSTED ON THE SILICON INVESTOR AND CREATED A NEW CHAT THREAD AT THE REQUEST OF DEAN DUMONT, ALIAS BGTIT WHICH I CALLED ?NO BASH TREAD FOR LEGACY?. DEAN DUMONT REQUESTEED THAT I CREATE A THREAD ON LGCY FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PERFORMING DILIGENCE ON MICHAEL ZWEBNER, DCI OR DCTC AND IRVING KOTT. ALTHOUGH THIS WAS SPECIFICALLY INTENDED TO BE A NO BASH TREAD, QUESTIONS WERE ASKED OF MICHAEL ZWEBNER IN THE COURSE OF DOING DILIGENCE TO PROVE OR DISPROVE DEAN DUMONTS CLAIM OF THE EXISTANCE OF A LARGE SORT POSITION IN DCTC, WHICH MICHAEL ZWEBNER MAY HAVE FOUND OFFENSIVE.
I SINCERELY REGRET ANY PAIN, SUFFERING AND PUBLIC HUMILIATION WHICH MAY HAVE INADVERTANTLY BEEN CAUSED TO MICHAEL ZWEBNER AND HIS FAMILY AS A RESULT OF MY INVOLVEMENT IN CREATING THE ?NO BASH FOR LEGACY? THREAD. I FURTHER STATE THAT I WAS WHOLLY MISLED BY DEAN DUMONT, AND FOUND NO SUPPORT FOR HIS UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS.
I FURTHER INFORM YOU ALL THAT THE LAWSUIT FILED BY MR ZWEBNER AGAINST THE OTHER DEFENDANTS AND ME HAS BEEN SETTLED, AND WE HAVE MADE A FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT TO MICHAEL ZWEBNER IN THE INTEREST OF AVOIDING COSTLY LITIGATION.

Gary, I can also post the many many emails I received from you apologizing over and over again?..Need I.
So Gary, what happened last week that made you swing with the TVCP bashers ? Wanted to join the bad boys club, feel strong ? or you just wanted to join the club of the lonely internet poster/losers ? or the club of make believe do gooders.? Or, you just couldn?t resist doing some more Zwebner Bashing ?
Anyway, Gary, its all over now, enough is enough.
Believe it or not, and this will shock you, I do forgive you. I do believe you that you were used, and that you probarbly just wanted to have some fun. I think though the time has come for you to seriously grow up, be a man, and stop all this nonsense. Telling lies, fabricating stories and slandering on the internet will get you into trouble, and in the end, someone not as forgiving as me will take you to the cleaners?.
My suggestion and request to you is to make a public statement, apologize, and then let both of us move on in life. Life is too short to argue over this nonsense.
