Hi MakeMoney,

I skimmed the 10-SB and I had a few questions I'm hoping you can get answers for.

First I will say that the filing is the most comprehensive filing I've seen for a company that makes 4 little food products. It went on forever ! I hope the SEC doesn't find any ommisions this time around !

DPPI is a turn around play. We are betting that DPPI will increase sales and lower costs so that they will become profitable. I got the impression that they will probably have to issue 4M - 6M shares in the near term to finance the final phase of their near-term expansion.

My question is: DPPI must have some idea how many units they must sell each month to break even. As well as some curve which describes the relationship of sales to profits. Can you provide that info for us ? This way we can can determine if they are selling enough to turn the corner.

The break even info might be in the 10-SB. But it might just be easier for you to contact the company If you don't already know.

Thanks,
Chris
