Good morning Susan,

Congrats on your trade and thanks for the cycle update.

We are not on the eastern side of the Cascades now, but on the eastern slope of the Sierras, outside of Reno. I grew up on a ranch by Spokane, which my brother now has. We go up there quite a bit.. We have a lot of family and friends there and are pretty strong supporters of WAZZU so their is a lot to do. But right now, I would like to head somewhere closer to the equator.. Like Baja..

The weather here in the foothills has been drizzly and in the 50s-60s though.. We love the Seattle area.. Get a hotel downtown and just hang around, go to the ball games, the music scene.

I use Metastock pro real time for the indices.. and quote.com for realtime stock quotes. I have used MS for a longtime.. I have developed my own custom indicators using their indicator-development feature. based upon divisions of moving averages sort of speak. Also like the composite features of the various indices.

I agree the market is is deeply ingrained in our society and therefore serves as a "safety net" overall.. But that doesn't mean all junk will survive.. In a way this past week was a good wakeup call to investors.. Only put your money in solid issues or concepts and don't let greed over ride good sense..

Well good luck today and always.
